1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and AirTiki ApS (“we”). They cover this website and the DonationLedger Early Access Preview. Terms for the paid full version will be shown at purchase.

2. The preview

The Early Access Preview is free, provided “as is”, and may be incomplete or change without notice. You may install it on computers you own or control for personal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not sell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it, or remove its notices.

3. Not tax advice

DonationLedger keeps records and does arithmetic. It does not decide what is deductible, and nothing on this site is tax, legal or financial advice. Fair-market values shown in the program are general ranges; you choose the value you report. Check IRS.gov or consult a tax professional about your own situation.

4. Your data

Your records stay on your computer. Backing them up is your responsibility. We are not liable for loss of data on your device.

5. Trademarks

TurboTax and ItsDeductible are trademarks of Intuit Inc. H&R Block is a trademark of HRB Innovations, Inc. Goodwill and The Salvation Army are trademarks of their respective organizations. We are not affiliated with any of them; we mention them only to describe compatibility and comparisons.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or the preview. Our total liability for the free preview is limited to zero; for paid products it is limited to the amount you paid.
